The Account Manager II is responsible for managing key accounts, along with implementation, support, and revenue growth activities associated with new and existing accounts. The role involves working closely with clients, sales, and operations teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Develop and grow key customer relationships, oversee a portfolio of healthcare clients, create strategic account plans, analyze sales performance, attend key customer events, and manage service operations.
Requires 3+ years of account development experience, healthcare industry knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to troubleshoot problems, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bachelor's degree preferred.
