Job Description

Join The Bush School as a Lower School Counselor Faculty in Seattle, WA. This position involves providing counseling support to students in grades K-2, collaborating with the Lower School team, and working on emotional and behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate with Lower School Counselor for grades 3-5
Crisis intervention with students, families, and staff
Participate in student support team meetings
Develop and implement parent education support
Facilitate counseling sessions with individuals or small groups

Qualifications

Experience in counseling with a bachelor's degree (master's preferred)

Ability to engage in experiential activities with students
Effective communication skills
