Job Description

McGee Air Services is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources, Operations & Programs to lead HR programs and operational teams at our World Headquarters in Renton, WA.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing HR teams
Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching
Develop and implement HR Operations and Program strategies aligned with business objectives
Design and manage comprehensive absence management program
Lead the team member service center to provide exceptional support
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR functions
Experience in change management, compliance, and employee relations
Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills
