Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support tech and business organizations, contributing at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an innovative community on teams.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver targeted HR solutions with a focus on scale and growth
Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching
Assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and implement solutions
Drive talent management strategies and employee engagement initiatives
Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional partners on global strategy execution

Qualifications

10+ years experience in HR Business Partner role
Experience in global and/or matrixed organizations
Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to use data to drive action and make strategic decisions
BA/BS degree preferred
