Job Description
Support individuals with behavioral, mental health, and developmental challenges by implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing direct care.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Monitor and document client progress and behaviors
Provide support during daily activities, therapy sessions, and social interactions
Assist clients in developing coping skills and positive behavioral strategies
Ensure a safe and structured environment for clients
Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with program guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, or a similar role preferred
Strong interpersonal and observational skills
Ability to handle crisis situations with patience and professionalism
Familiarity with behavioral intervention techniques is a plus
