Job Description

As a Claims Analyst II, you will examine and process paper and electronic claims, determine claim adjudication steps, resolve claim issues, and settle claims with Claimants.

Responsibilities

Examine and process paper and electronic claims
Determine steps for claim adjudication
Resolve claim issues following established policies
Settle claims with Claimants

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1.5-4 years of claims processing experience
Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10
Medical terminology understanding
