Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at Toast, you will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned district by leading a team of Territory Account Executives. You will work closely with restaurants to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to help them succeed.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a quota-achieving sales team
Coach the team on conducting efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting solutions
Empower the team through various activities to exceed quotas
Collaborate with peers and teams across the business
Utilize Salesforce and other technology for productivity
Accountable for new business growth in the district

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing
3+ years of leadership experience
Proven track record of success
Passionate, inspirational, and motivational
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
