Job Description

STV is seeking a Safety Manager to support our Transportation Northeast Region Operating Group. This position involves providing safety support by integrating safety and health into all aspects of transportation projects.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic planning and programmatic support for safety
Staff safety resources for projects
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate safety resources for construction projects
Implement safety standards and regulations
Conduct safety training and monitor compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
CHST, ASP or CHST designation
7-10 years of safety experience
OSHA 30-hr Construction Safety Training
Experience in bridge, rail, and tunnel safety preferred
