Responsibilities

  • Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails
  • Ensure orders are received, processed, and shipped accurately
  • Monitor backorders and follow up with customers
  • Maintain customer retention through excellent service
  • Make outgoing calls to existing customers regarding orders
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries
  • Prepare professional correspondence
  • Maintain department quality and productivity standards

Qualifications

  • Logistic and/or warehouse knowledge
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
