Join Source Logistics, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider in the US. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Ensure orders are received, processed, and shipped accurately
Monitor backorders and follow up with customers
Maintain customer retention through excellent service
Make outgoing calls to existing customers regarding orders
Research and respond to customer inquiries
Prepare professional correspondence
Maintain department quality and productivity standards

Qualifications

Logistic and/or warehouse knowledge
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bilingual in Spanish
