Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop off and pick up times daily.
Ensure the safety of each child.
Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum, and software.
Read, understand, and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and State Licensing Agencies.
Maintain professional and positive relationships with parents and coworkers.
Advise the Director or Assistant Director of any supplies needed for the upcoming months.
Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children.

Qualifications

One year professional experience.
Must love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Computer literacy required.
