Job Description

The Store Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, motivating the team to provide exceptional customer experiences in line with the brand's values.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize store profitability by maintaining consistent customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection
  • Create memorable customer experiences through client focus and collaboration
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies
  • Ensure merchandise replenishment on the selling floor
  • Compliance with loss prevention and safety policies
  • Assist in various store operations and training
  • Develop staff and maintain accountability
  • Perform varied duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Experience in staff development
  • Computer system proficiency
