Responsibilities

Support training for all employees to create an informed and capable team.
Model and enforce customer service standards.
Ensure Sur La Table policies and SOPs are followed consistently.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees.
Support sales initiatives and create daily agendas.
Manage merchandise stock levels and visual standards.

Qualifications

1 year of retail sales and customer service experience.
Proficient in POS systems.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Food Handlers Certification may be required.
