Job Description

Join our team as a Branch Sales Associate to provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers while maximizing sales opportunities and exceeding customer expectations. This role involves customer service, warehouse tasks, and reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection and order entry
Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
Adapt communication style to differing audiences
Prepare customer orders, perform inventory counts, and maintain branch appearance

Qualifications

Flexibility to work within branch hours of operation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Operate powered industrial equipment
Bilingual proficiency
