Support the Captain to build, guide, and support the store to bring 'Every Day Should Feel This Good' to customers while growing sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Support store to meet and exceed store financial goals
Develop customers into repeat shoppers through information gathering and customer follow-up
Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment
Support store compliance with operational standards

Qualifications

9+ months as Assistant Manager in similar volume type business
One to two years retail experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
