Job Description

Join Veolia North America as a Warehouse Technician responsible for the effective performance and operation of warehouse activities for all Long Island Region Facilities.

Responsibilities

Accurate receiving of shipments.
Reconciliation of Exception Report to check and verify status of all open POs and requisitions.
Monitor and perform housekeeping procedures and practices.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Accounting for inventory control.
Conduct physical inventories and disposal of obsolete commodities.
Respond to customer service issues and complaints.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required.
3 - 5 years Warehouse experience preferred.
Proficient in Windows, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other computer-based systems.
Knowledge of industry commodities and services desired.
Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities required.
