Job Description

Join our team at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as a Trust Accounting Associate focusing on follow-up tasks in the theater industry.

Responsibilities

Review contracts/bookings reports for accuracy
Investigate missing bookings with client team
Assist with booking report submissions
Perform various accounting tasks as requested
Communicate with agents, assistants, and other stakeholders
Conduct monthly training for new agent assistants
Collect past due balances while maintaining customer relationships
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
Entertainment industry experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
