Job Description

As a Shift Leader at our Harlem store, you are responsible for leading the bakery operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a fun and productive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests
Maintain operations, communicate information, monitor efficiency, and train team members
Delegate tasks and support the Cookie Crew team
Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff
Manage cash handling and deposits

Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience
Point of Sales systems experience
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or older
