Job Description

As a Shift Leader at our Harlem store, you will be responsible for leading the bakery operations during the day or night shift. Your role involves managing orders, interacting with customers, and ensuring a productive and fun night for the store.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and quality products
Maintain operations during the shift
Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Manage cash handling and deposits

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience
Point of Sales systems experience
Outstanding communication and time management skills
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Ability to lead and motivate others
Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older
