Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Sia, a global management consulting group focused on driving transformation and sustainable success for our clients.

Responsibilities

Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements within their organizations
Create a customized change management roadmap based on project needs
Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
Anticipate organizational changes and plan change management interventions
Ensure key change initiatives deliver on business objectives
Determine appropriate metrics to measure progress and adjust implementation results
Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure alignment
Develop Executive-level presentations
Contribute to internal areas such as business development and people development
Engage in activities supporting company culture
Maintain program sites as a repository for project information

Qualifications

5+ years' experience leading change management engagements in complex organizations
Bachelor’s degree required
Consulting experience required
Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Strong coaching and influencing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
Prosci or other Change Management certifications preferred
Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to build trust-based relationships
Exceptional communication skills
