Cosulich Interiors & Antiques is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to the Principal Director to support the daily operations of the luxury retail showroom in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

Handle client emails and phone calls
Track deadlines and shipping reminders
Prepare delivery documents and inventory sheets
Order office supply levels
Help out with events
Research service providers
Record expenses and file receipts

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 3 years of experience in a personal assistant role
Previous experience in a high-end furniture or lighting showroom desirable
Basic accounting knowledge
Comfortable in working in a luxury retail environment
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Customer service skills
