Job Description

Join LexisNexis North America and collaborate with senior leaders on high-profile projects, including developing go-to-market strategies and M&A initiatives. This two-year Executive Development Rotational Program offers rotational assignments every six months in various critical business areas.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to address critical issues on a project basis.
Define project scope and objectives, and develop project plans and deliverables.
Analyze issues using appropriate frameworks and data, quantify financial impact, and manage process and timeline.
Coordinate with participants from across the organization to build a productive team.
Present conclusions, next steps, and detailed action plans, and obtain buy-in to proceed.
Support line management in implementing findings.

Qualifications

On track to obtain a professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) prior to the start date.
Background in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, or Legal preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Natural problem solver with solid analytical and quantitative skills.
Highly motivated with business acumen and experience in a B2B technology or consulting environment.
