Job Description

Pitta LLP is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our growing Political Law practice group. The role involves supporting political committees before regulatory agencies and ensuring timely and accurate disclosure of lobbying activities.

Responsibilities

Preparation and filing of political committee registrations with regulatory agencies
Preparation of campaign finance disclosure reports
Maintenance of client records
Preparation of responses to communications from regulatory agencies
Maintenance of election cycle and reporting timelines
Filing of lobbying registration and disclosure reports
Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of two years of related experience
Familiarity with regulatory agency applications preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
