Job Description

Soho House Dumbo is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

Manage daily F&B operations in collaboration with the General Manager
Enhance customer experience and drive revenue through effective processes
Develop and implement menus, oversee purchasing, and maintain high service standards
Lead recruitment efforts and ensure staff are trained to deliver exceptional service
Establish targets, KPIs, and policies to optimize business performance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with hospitality technologies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food trends and safety regulations
Ability to meet financial targets and manage personnel effectively
