Job Description

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to provide effective leadership to a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Understands and applies knowledge of basic patient transport concepts, infection control practices, and proper body mechanics.
Monitors and supervises dispatcher activity and assists in coordinating Patient Transportation services.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies and assists in achieving financial objectives.
Orients, trains, and develops personnel at all levels within the department.

Qualifications

Management experience in a hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and distinguish trends impacting operational activity.
Basic computer skills with Windows based Operating System; associate’s degree preferred.
