Job Description

Join our team as a Payroll Analyst for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role involves managing payroll duties, Fidelity management of Deferred Compensation, and ESPP.

Responsibilities

Perform payroll duties for multiple countries in the Americas
Assist in processing US payroll semi-monthly and off-cycle
Manage Deferred Compensation and ESPP with Fidelity
Provide customer service and support using ticketing system
Assist with payroll changes and M&A projects

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Experience with payroll platforms like ADP, Workday, Fidelity
Proficiency in payroll processing and reporting
Ability to support multi-state taxation and payroll tax filings
