Job Description

Seeking a Trade Operations Associate to provide support to the options trading team within Global Equities & Investment Banking (GEIB) at Raymond James.

Responsibilities

Support the trade processing and billing functions of the Options desk (as applicable).
Maintenance of trade order entry systems, order data entry, order time tracking, compliance, and research and resolving trade differences and trade processing problems.
Ensure correct client information is captured during new client onboarding.
Provide assistance to senior associates and management for Raymond James Institutional Options business.
Contact internal and external customers to resolve clearing discrepancies.
Assist in researching trade and billing scenarios and suggest appropriate corrective action.
Work across various internal desk functions to provide support when needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge of securities trading, investment concepts, trade reconciliation systems, and technology software used in the securities industry.
Skills in updating and maintaining programs, adhering to detail-oriented processes, monitoring trading activities, incorporating technology into business processes, and using required software applications.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, communicate effectively, work independently and collaboratively, handle high volume workloads, attend to detail, and establish effective working relationships.
