Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Director to lead the development of sales and dealer strategies within a specific region. This role involves managing relationships, implementing business strategies, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Visiting assigned accounts for performance reviews
  • Serve as a regional liaison between internal teams
  • Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract renewals
  • Accurately forecast sales objectives
  • Develop pricing models and service agreements
  • Coordinate business relationships with third-party companies
  • Provide leadership and support for specific projects
  • Adapt quickly to company changes and strive for growth

Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience and relevant dealer contacts
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management
  • 5+ years in-store automotive retail experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce CRM
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
