Join UBS as an Analyst in the Business Selection, Reputational Risk & Conflicts team in New York. This role involves active participation in conflict clearance, business selection process, reporting requirements management, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

Take an active role in the conflict clearance and business selection process
Identify and resolve complex issues arising during the conflict check process
Lead strategic projects for process enhancement and automation
Work closely with Compliance and Operational Risk Control on audit and regulatory issues
Generate new ideas and approaches to drive the business forward
Motivate and inspire others towards shared goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
3-5 years' experience in M&A and/or capital markets transactions
Strong analytical skills and effective time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourcefulness and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with judgment
