Job Description

PT Of The City P.C is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide personalized rehabilitation services to enhance patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
Implement hands-on/manual therapy techniques and innovative treatment methods.
Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications for optimal recovery.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Proven experience in physical therapy with a focus on patient-centered care.
Strong knowledge of care plan development and implementation.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
Experience in specific areas such as geriatrics or acute care is a plus.
