Job Description

Belkins is looking for a strategic Head of SDR to lead the sales development team responsible for booking appointments for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Belkins' Outbound Strategy by transitioning to an omnichannel approach.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 25 SDRs, optimizing department processes to meet client expectations.
  • Achieve client CAC efficiency and organizational alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to market trends.
  • Use data-driven leadership for resource allocation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years leading high-performing SDR teams in fast-paced environments.
  • 6+ years in Sales or Business Development with B2B experience.
  • Skilled in scaling outbound sales strategies across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing remote teams and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and data-driven mindset.
