Greenfield Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee chemical handling and packaging processes, ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the chemical handling and packaging teams.
Manage and lead a team of 30-40 staff members.
Train and mentor employees on safety procedures and protocols.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques and process optimization initiatives.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management in the chemical or industrial industries.
Expertise in overseeing chemical handling and packaging processes.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
