Job Description

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy (ABA) services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities. Training and certification will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist children with social skills, communication, and behavioral challenges
Document progress using a mobile application
Implement Behavior Plans designed by BCBA's
Provide behavior support and crisis intervention
Follow instructions from supervisors

Qualifications

Passion for working with special needs children
Strong communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of relevant experience preferred
CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain
Computer proficiency
