Job Description

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy (ABA) for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Training and certification provided.

Responsibilities

Help children develop social and communication skills
Document progress using a mobile application
Implement Behavior Plan goals
Provide behavior support services and crisis intervention
Follow BCBA/Program supervisor instructions

Qualifications

Passion for working with children with special needs
Strong communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer proficiency
