Job Description

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Behavioral Technicians to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy (ABA) services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

Responsibilities

Assist children with social and communication skills
Document progress using a mobile application
Implement Behavior Plans
Provide behavior support and crisis intervention
Follow BCBA/Program supervisor instructions

Qualifications

Passion for working with children with special needs
Strong communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain
Computer proficiency
