Job Description

Insider Expeditions is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Director of Operations to optimize the team's day-to-day execution across the business. The ideal candidate will design and implement company infrastructure & processes to boost productivity & efficiency, while reducing friction and mitigating/preventing day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the CEO
Define KPIs and measure data per department
Recruit, manage, promote, train, and discipline people effectively
Implement management systems to hold people accountable
Complete company objectives and projects on time
Optimize meetings and find new efficiency opportunities
Oversee finance, client billing, and negotiations
Establish strategic direction and transparency across all departments
Document company procedures and ensure team compliance

Qualifications

Proven track record in increasing team efficiency & performance
Experience in group travel operations
Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial literacy and risk management experience
Ability to manage remote teams and work across time zones
Data-driven decision-making skills
