Job Description

Staffbase is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to drive revenue growth by equipping the sales team with necessary tools and processes. This hybrid role involves developing and executing enablement programs for different sales roles.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales leadership to define enablement objectives aligned with business goals.
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new sales hires.
Create and manage sales enablement resources.
Oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales role.
Proven experience in Sales or Sales Enablement.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
Collaborative approach with ability to build relationships across departments.
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and other sales enablement platforms.
