Job Description

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, coordinating appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and families at the front desk
Troubleshoot issues with patients using the iPad system for check-in/screening
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle referrals
Assist with patient transfers between departments
Perform administrative tasks such as chart prepping and maintaining medical records
Coordinate patient appointments and information flow between departments and external organizations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with computer systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
