Job Description

As a Patient Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth patient flow within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and families at the front desk
Troubleshoot issues with patient check-ins using the iPad system
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries
Assist in patient transfer between departments
Coordinate appointments and information flow

Qualifications

Customer service experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
Data entry skills
