Job Description

Highgate is seeking a Security Manager to safeguard all hotel assets, associates, guests, and visitors on the property.

Responsibilities

Oversee all security aspects of the daily operation of the Hotel.
Supervise and train security personnel.
Develop and implement security plans and policies to protect assets and people at the hotel.
Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain professional relationships with government and law enforcement partners.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of progressive experience in hotel security or a related field.
Effective communication in English and Spanish.
Ability to collaborate with all departments to ensure security compliance.
High standards of personal appearance and grooming.
Problem-solving and crisis management skills preferred.
