Job Description

Responsible for controlling and directing all account activities for key customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term company vision.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all outside and inside Sales Administration personnel
  • Maintain corporate relationships with key accounts
  • Resolve disputes with customers and internal support
  • Perform quarterly reviews of Sales personnel
  • Establish monthly sales forecasting and project management planning
  • Review and manage workload and information sharing
  • Coordinate communication between various departments
  • Assist in organizing sales meetings and functions
  • Develop selling strategies and tactics for Domestic and International Sales
  • Travel within the USA and International Markets
  • Support sales in International markets
  • Setup and maintain infrastructure for key customer account

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum six years of related work experience
