Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on metrics relating to employee engagement, retention, turnover and job satisfaction
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage employee surveys and feedback mechanisms
  • Research and stay up to date on employment laws, regulations and best practices
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as needed
  • Respond to employee requests in a timely manner with regards to payroll, HR and HRIS concerns

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis/reporting tools like Excel
