Responsibilities

Overall administration, coordination and execution of human resource programs. Recruitment, new team member orientation, training, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Three to five years of human resource generalist experience. Three years supervisory and management experience. Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws.
