Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a Manager II, Quality Engineer in the Supply Chain department. This role involves leading process improvement initiatives, managing project execution, and driving quality-related savings projects.

Responsibilities

Promote and support company policies, initiatives, and standards
Lead process improvement tools and methods
Compile and submit deviations and provide input on improvement opportunities
Assist in building the capability of other managers and associates
Deliver expected results through KPI analysis and loss elimination
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable savings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills
