Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a Manager II, Quality Engineer in the Supply Chain department. This role involves leading process improvement initiatives, managing project execution, and driving quality-related savings projects.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and support company policies, initiatives, and standards
  • Lead process improvement tools and methods
  • Compile and submit deviations and provide input on improvement opportunities
  • Assist in building the capability of other managers and associates
  • Deliver expected results through KPI analysis and loss elimination
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience
  • Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable savings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills
