Job Description

The Individual Giving Manager at the Heard Museum plays a critical role in raising $1-2M annually from individual donors. This position involves managing donor identification, stewardship, capital campaigns, and major fundraising events.

Responsibilities

Maintains a managed list of donors and prospects to support operations, programs, and capital campaign
Supports ongoing prospecting process informed by data
Develops goals, plans, and metrics for donor development
Implements strategies to sustain Trustee and major donor engagement
Plans and implements capital campaign meetings and resources
Organizes fundraising events and special initiatives

Qualifications

Three years of direct experience in development/fundraising
College degree required
Self-starter with ability to build relationships
Experience working with databases a plus
