The IT Operations Technician at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts provides essential day-to-day support for hardware, software, and asset management needs of staff. This role contributes to the smooth delivery of IT services by managing device lifecycle, performing hardware break-fix support, and collaborating with teams to enhance service efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key software support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and manage device lifecycle & asset management.
  • Provide hardware break-fix support and coordinate vendor repairs.
  • Assist with event IT tasks, mobile devices, and Mac/PC troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.
  • Participate in system monitoring and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations or support.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and MDM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT asset management and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and IT service management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
