Job Description

Contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in the Detail Oriented Services industry, located in Miami, Florida. This role focuses on handling medical summaries and chronologies in Personal Injury cases.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret medical records relevant to Personal Injury cases
Manage case files using Case Management Software
Coordinate calendar management and ensure timely case progression
Handle billing functions and ensure accurate documentation of billable hours
Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved in the case
Provide defense strategies in Personal Injury Law cases

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of detail-oriented experience as a Paralegal
Expertise in utilizing Case Management Software effectively
Experience in handling Billing Functions within a legal setting
Proficient in Calendar Management
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in Medical Records Analysis
Understanding of Personal Injury Law
Experience in Personal Injury is an advantage
