Job Description

NX Automotive Logistics is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our team and promote a positive safety culture within the company.

Responsibilities

Support an effective safety/quality program
Participate in continuous improvement efforts
Oversee safety communication program
Coordinate safety and quality events investigation
Prepare and present monthly reports on significant risks
Organize and develop trainings for associates
Assist in OSHA compliance and reporting
Maintain required equipment certifications
Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO standards
Ability to analyze safety situations and make sound decisions
Experience in leading safety projects and implementing strategic plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
