Job Description

Blue Collars Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to organize and streamline warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement warehouse systems and processes
Collaborate with technicians, dispatch team, and vendors
Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate material orders
Organize and label materials efficiently
Monitor inventory levels and restock proactively
Maintain a safe and OSHA-compliant environment
Implement innovative ideas to enhance workflow
Encourage teamwork and communication across departments

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing warehouse operations
Working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar platforms
Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma practices
Detail-oriented with organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
