Job Description

Join our team as a HR Recruiter in the financial services industry. Work in a traditional office setting as a key member of the HR team.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for potential permanent employees, conducting initial virtual interviews.
Utilize a prepared script to ask potential permanent employees a series of qualifying questions.
Facilitate the introduction of potential permanent employees to field managers for further discussion.
Collaborate with team leads on various projects.
Utilize various systems and platforms for efficient recruitment process.
Conduct background checks and handle benefit functions.
Ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Industry experience in Financial Services.
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
Knowledge of ATS, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, and Applicant Track System.
Experience in conducting Background Checks and Benefit Functions.
Outstanding Communication skills.
