Job Description

The Benefits Coordinator position at WorldStrides involves managing administrative tasks for the organization's benefits programs, assisting team members with benefit enrollment changes and inquiries, ensuring compliance with benefit notices, and supporting the Benefits Manager with various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in benefits enrollment and orientation
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems
  • Verify monthly premium statements for insurance policies
  • Provide customer service to team members regarding benefits
  • Assist with administrative work related to benefits

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites and computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
